On the inside it will contain: Where: Queen Elizabeth Park When: August 13th, 2020 2:00 PM - 2:00 AM ;) What: Bring some kind of dish for a potluck supper/barbecue, and hang out with all your old highschool buddies! R.S.V.P: On the group event on facebook.
So pretty much this is our reunion in a nutshell.. The venue is approximately $200, for the full day including set up prior to the actual event. Everyone is doing seperate meals since it's a potluck bbq. The only thing we are really spending any $$ on is, the sound system. which we will rent from the town, the same one they use for the festival. Just speakers and such to play an Ipod off of. which is an unknown price probably not even close to $5000, at an estimate of $1800. OH! and since there is going to be approixmately 80 people we'll need around 4 cakes, specially made by kaesers for the event. (Vanilla ice cream cake, chocolate, carrot and another traditional vanilla) Each cake is around $50 so four will equal out to $200. In total we will be spending about $2200, which is extremely savy and we are a great deal underbudget. The remaining money will be donated to the Fort Smith Animal Shelter.
